The medicinal product must not be taken,
If you have severe renal disease (severe renal impairment with creatinine clearance below 10 ml / min);

Take special care with the medicine,

No clinically significant interactions were observed between alcohol (at a blood level of 0.5 g / l, approximately one glass of wine) and cetirizine at recommended doses. However, no data are available on safety when higher doses of cetirizine and alcohol are taken together. Therefore, as with all antihistamines, it is recommended to avoid concurrent use of the preparation and alcohol.
If you have an allergy test, ask your doctor if you should stop taking the medicine for a few days before the test, as this medicine could affect the outcome of an allergy test.

In clinical trials, the drug at the recommended dose did not result in any signs of impairment of attention, vigilance, and cruelty.
If you are a participant in road traffic, work without a safe stop or operate machines, you should observe your reaction to the medicine after taking the preparation. You should not use more than the recommended dose.
